New to D-Groups? Want to Join?

Do you want a solid group of friends to grow in your faith with from now until you graduate high school?

D-Groups consist of 5-7 guys or girls of the same age who meet twice per month to discuss life, grow in their faith and seek support for the trials and joy of life together.

Led by an adult volunteer mentor, these fellowship and formation groups are the foundation of our ministry and a huge advantage for teens who want to grow in their faith and make life-long friends in the process!

All teens are invited to join our Discipleship Group program and get plugged in today!

2018-2019 Groups officially kick off the second week of September.

8th graders are introduced to their groups through Breakaway. Check out our Breakaway page for more information about joining a group!

Want to join a D-group but missed out on Breakaway in 8th grade?

Step #1: Complete the Survey (online below)

Step #2: Have a parent or guardian complete the permission form (online at the bottom of this page)

Step #3: Email John (guys) or Ruth (girls) and let them know that you would like to join a D-Group.  We will review your forms and help you connect with an existing group and its leader(s).

Step #4: All parents who have a son or daughter in a D-group must complete one free Virtus training session (if you have taken it once in the past, there is no need to take it again).  This is to ensure the safety of your child and all participants in Discipleship Groups.  We value the safety of all our teens and as such, we ask parents to partner with the parish staff and D-Group leaders in monitoring D-Group activity, holding all leaders and other parents accountable, and keeping communication open between teens, parents, volunteers and parish staff about possible concerns.  Please click here for more information about Virtus training and safety guidelines for parents.
